  • Rules and Guidelines

    24fps is a juried competition, open to any independent or student filmmaker worldwide.
    Works will be considered for competition only if they were completed after January 1, 2021.
    Submissions for 2023 will be accepted through June 16, 2023.
    All qualified entries must be independently produced and financed. Films produced, financed or developed by a major film studio or television network are ineligible for competition. The Festival committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project. Download complete rules and guidelines here.

  • Running Time

    To be eligible for consideration, a film project must be of a maximum running time of 20 minutes or less . The minimum run time is 1 minute. The Festival committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project.

  • Private Vimeo Link

    Submit to our festival by emailing the Festival Director with your project’s private Vimeo link and password. No entry fee is required. We will reply with an entry form for your submission. email: bsmoot@paramountabilene.com

  • Genres

    24fps accepts all genres including narrative dramatic, narrative comedy, documentary, experimental, music video, or musical works. The Festival committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project.
